Resumen: | Este artículo pretende hacer hincapié en la importancia que otorgó Urnanshe a la construcción de templos en honor de su divinidad protectora de la ciudad, Ningirsu. Con tal política pretendió atraerse la benevolencia divina sobre sí, su descendencia y su «Estado». Para realizar toda esta ingente labor arquitectónica contó con una poderosa administración. La envergadura de los trabajos incidió directamente en la mejora económica para la ciudad y sus habitantesThis article ains at emphasizing the importance that Urnanshe confered on the building of temples in honor of his protective god of the city, Ningirsu. Making use of this policy, he tried to attract the god’s kindness for himself, his descendants and his kingdom. He relied on a powerful administration in order to be able to achieve this huge architectural task. The magnitude of this work fell immediately upon the economic improvement of the city a nd its inhabitants. |
