This work aims to present the four fundamental articles for the co-institution of the occurrence of the thinking. These four articles propose a dogmatic (clear and distinct concepts) of the competent subject’s thinking; a subject able of logic acts that is imputable for their conclusions-benefits. To propose furthermore an occurrence of the thinking that is lato sensu juridical-economic, so as to expand the thinking itself. The above could offer the conditions of possibility for the co-institution of a civic thought so necessary in our time. Este trabajo tiene por objetivo presentar los cuatro artículos fundamentales para la coinstitucióndel acontecer del pensamiento. Con estos cuatro artículos se quiere proponer una dogmática(conceptos claros y distintos) del pensamiento del sujeto competente de actos lógicos imputablespor sus conclusiones-beneficios. Se quiere, por tanto, llegar a proponer un acontecer delpensamiento que sea lato sensu jurídico-económico, lo que puede aportar un ensanchamiento dela misma lógica del pensamiento. Lo anterior podría ofrecer las condiciones de posibilidad parala coinstitución de un pensamiento cívico tan necesario en nuestro tiempo. |
