When there are problems of partial or total edentulism in adult patients, immediate oral rehabilitation is most preferable, but not all are prepared for dental treatment of this magnitude, because at least if they are first-timers, it is difficult to adapt to dental prosthetic devices. And not all of them can be ready for an immediate rehabilitation, in this clinical case we will demonstrate the elaboration of a PPR (Partial Removable Prosthesis) taking into account the most important characteristics of the same at the time of the elaboration. Investigating also the causes of partial edentulism, studying risk factors, prevention and post-oral rehabilitation, as well as the commitment that depends on the TMJ (temporomandibular joint) of an adequate oral rehabilitation in time. Emphasizing that the Oral rehabilitation is responsible for restoring, recovering the aesthetic and occlusal function of the patient, through the correct diagnosis and execution of a treatment plan that allows achieving this and other necessary and particular objectives in each case. The present theoretical document and represented as a clinical case aims to analyze the important aspects of the partial removable prosthetic rehabilitation of the metal and the steps to follow to achieve the success of the treatment for this was carried out a bibliographic review based on the scientific knowledge, which Refers to the removable metal partial denture and at the same time using the Kennedy classification and Applegate rules.
