The third molars are most irregular in morphology and eruption refers. The cause retention is due to lack of space in the arcs, or the presence of a mechanical obstacle caused by pathological alterations such as dental malformations, cysts, tumors, infections and others. The aim of our study to determine the position of the upper third molars by existing classifications using a panoramic radiograph and then appropriate treatment. This study led to results the following information: We rely on the classification of Winter and Pell and Gregory, with the following information: The Third Molar Right Superior (Part # 18) was presented regarding the second molar in mesioangular position. Regarding the relationship with the maxillary sinus is in class II position. And regarding the occlusal clear of the second molar is in position C. The appropriate treatment is surgery using minimally invasive mucoperiosteal flap and removal. The Third Molar Left Superior (Part # 28) was presented regarding the second molar up right. Regarding the relationship with the maxillary sinus is in class II position. And regarding the occlusal clear of the second molar is in position C. The appropriate treatment is surgery using minimally invasive mucoperiosteal flap and removal. |
