With the arrival of the Y generation or millennial, the companies face a new dare which is the constant rotation of their employees, the spoilage sense of belonging, and the difficulties to accomplish long term projects and leak of their talents. Keeping in mind than in a couple of years this generation will represent the major workforce on the market, it is important to develop effective strategic plans to avoid millennials drop the companies. This article submits deliberate strategies of talent retention in the seven major banks of the Valle de Aburrá, Colombia. Con la llegada de la llamada generación Y o millennials las empresas enfrentan nuevos desafíos, a saber, la rotación constante de su personal, el deterioro en el sentido de pertenencia y permanencia, las dificultades para llevar a feliz puerto proyectos de largo plazo y la fuga de sus talentos, máxime cuando en pocos años esta generación constituirá la mayor fuerza laboral del mercado. Este informe presenta las estrategias deliberadas de retención de talento en los siete principales bancos del Valle de Aburrá, Colombia. |
