La motivación de las investigadoras educativa, hacen referencia al estudio por las visitas realizadas a la institución, donde se pudo observar y utilizar estrategias para diagnosticar la problemática existente en la educación de los estudiantes. El objetivo general del estudio está en determinar el acompañamiento familiar en la calidad del rendimiento educativo en los niños de 4 a 5 del inicial. El lugar y contexto donde se desarrolla la investigación es en la Unidad Educativa “José Martí” de la provincia Guayas, ciudad Guayaquil, periodo 2018-2019. El proyecto educativo, hace una contribución importante a la educación, porque mejorará la calidad educativa, donde se considera importante el diseño y aplicación de talleres para cuidadores habituales, que permita perfeccionar los procesos de enseñanza. En esta investigación, se obtuvieron resultados positivos, para lograr un acompañamiento familiar integral, con habilidades y destreza, que acceda mejorar el rendimiento educativo de los estudiantes de 4 a 5 años.
The motivation of the educational researchers, make reference to the study by the visits made to the institution, where it was possible to observe and use strategies to diagnose the existent problematic in the education of the students. The general objective of the study is to determine the family accompaniment in the quality of educational performance in children from 4 to 5 of the initial. The place and context where the research is carried out is in the Educational Unit "José Martí" of the Guayas province, Guayaquil city, period 2018-2019. The educational project makes an important contribution to education, because it will improve the quality of education, where it is considered important to design and implement workshops for habitual caregivers, to improve the teaching processes. In this research, positive results were obtained, to achieve an integral family accompaniment, with skills and dexterity, that access to improve the educational performance of students from 4 to 5 years.
