Resumen: |
Christian faith is a response to the revelation of God. But this is shown to humankind through testimony, which, therefore, is the mediator for Divine Truth. After describing the basic features of testimony (selfsacrifice for others; search for proof of the source of Truth; identification between the attester and what is attested), the author explains how Jesus Christ is the true Testimony and how believers are testimonies in Him. At the end the author reflects on the philosophical rigor of the category of testimony and whether it can be used as a basis for dialogue with science. |
