The current systematization was performed as a pre-requirement for students of ninth semester of the Faculty of Psychological Sciences of the University of Guayaquil to obtain their degrees;and with the objective of evaluating the process of diagnosis of job satisfaction, focused on the personnel of the “Good Environment Children’s centers”, managed by the Afro-Ecuadorian Association of Struggling Women. In order to feedback the process and enrich the experience. For this purpose a theoretical framework was established based on "The Two Factors" theory of Frederick Herzberg. Also, the analysis of the diagnostic process of job satisfaction in the Good Environment children's centers was determined as an axis, delimiting the object to be systematized as the diagnosis of the job satisfaction to the personnel of the Good Environment children's centers, managed by the Afro-Ecuadorian Association of Struggling Women. It was carried out in the pre-professional practice of community service, during the months of June to August of 2017, located in the area of “Cristo del Consuelo”, south of Guayaquil. The historical reconstruction was done, then it was analyzed to identify the strengths and weaknesses, as a conclusion of this action, the idea of choosing an instrument in which the particularities of the tests were known was set as the strength. It facilitated the application and the tabulation of the results. The mistake was the fact that we did not take into consideration the necessary specifications at the moment of applying the tests. |
