PDF Objetivo: Analizar la influencia del cambio de hábitos en el estilo de vida de pacientes en tratamiento hemodialitico IRC realizando encuestas a los pacientes de la unidad de hemodiálisis de la clínica Alcívar año 2016 Materiales y métodos: Es un estudio de observacional, transversal, descriptivo y prospectivo desarrollado en Ecuador, Guayas, Guayaquil en la unidad de hemodiálisis del Hospital Alcívar, tomando una muestra de 100 pacientes Resultados: de los pacientes encuestados no presentaron alteración para la realización de actividades exigentes el 7%, la realización de esfuerzos moderados en un 13%, coger o llevar la bolsa de la compra 40%, subir varios pisos por la escalera 8%, subir un solo piso por la escalera 22%, agacharse o arrodillarse 37%, caminar un Kilómetro o más 13%, caminar varios centenares de metros 17%, caminar unos 100 metros 50%, bañarse o vestirse por sí mismo 53% La parte emocional también presenta gran afección donde solo el 20% de estos pacientes el describe que siempre se sintió lleno de vitalidad y así mismo alteraciones de otro tipo de origen afectivo y emocional La percepción con respecto a su estado de salud, el 100% cree que se pone enfermo más y va a empeorar en algún grado, y solo 1% cree q su salud es excelente. Conclusiones: los pacientes en tratamiento hemodialitico por IRC presentan un mal estado de salud general Objective: To analyze the influence of lifestyle changes of patients on hemodialysis treatment for chronic renal failure and their relatives, demonstrating the psychosocial changes produced by the treatment by conducting patient surveys in the hemodialysis unit of the Clinic Alcívar Dialcivar in the year 2016.
