Tuberculosis, like HIV, in this period 2013-2014 and at present, has shown to destabilize the hierarchical structure over the years of society, separating people and socially stigmatizing individuals. It attacks the poorest and most of the marginalized and other vulnerable groups such as those affected by the HIV virus, causing a vicious circle of disease and poverty, including youth and adults. Not only has the frequency of tuberculosis been altered by the coexistence of AIDS, but many other tuberculosis factors have also been modified, both pathogenic and clinical epidemiological, as well as therapeutic and preventive measures. however, the correlation and impact of the HIV tuberculosis confection in relation to HAART treatment is highly variable and depends on the relative prevalence of both infections in a given community. With this study we can synthesize that HIV / AIDS patients who develop tuberculosis represent a significant incidence in the Jose Daniel Rodriguez Maridueña Hospital, but they come when the disease is already in advanced stages presenting fatal complications in them until death and without receiving a treatment (HAART) in time to avoid future complications, that is why we recommend that health units should have pulmonary tuberculosis programs in patients with HIV / AIDS to evaluate the treatment (HAART) with the corresponding follow-up and thus be able to eradicate the risk factors in each of them. This has been the reason for this research to know how this disease develops in patients affected by HIV, which are the most risky groups and how to prevent this terrible disease.
