ACCESSIBILITY GESTURE COMMUNICATION’S ANALYSIS DIRECT TO PEOPLE WITH HEARINGDISABLED, WHICH ARE PRESENT IN DIFFERENT TV NEWS PROGRAMS OF GUAYAQUIL” ABSTRACT Sign language must be recognize as a language, considering that the population using this communication method is large. Social inclusion towards people with impaired hearing or impaired sensory disabilities feel more integrated into their daily environment that is family, friends and acquaintances. Gradually the inclusion towards this social group has been strengthened; Ecuador in 2012 formalized the sign dictionary, adopting their own ways and customs as a native language, but it should be emphasized that sign language is universal although each country will adopt its appropriate adjustments. In 2014 due to the reforms performed in the Communications Law, people with hearing disabilities can be part of the news as it is stated in the Art. 37, from that day inclusion has become stronger every day however, there is more that can be done for them. The purpose of this dissertation is to enhance the visual space of the news; surveys were conducted and through them it could be verified that most people agree that the area of the language interpreter is smaller than the anchor area on the screen. It is for this reason that it is important to reform the communicational space, creating and establishing an emotional link between deaf people and their environment. In conclusion it was considered that on the screen the language interpreter should have a larger area size, thus a better visualization of sign language will be achieving and with this the news will be inclusive for both social groups. |
