The fractures that affect the distal ulna and radio epiphysis are considered to be one of the most frequent fractures in the population, according to studies carried out worldwide that give more data are the Spanish Society of Traumatology and Orthopedics since this type of fracture It constitutes 14% of all limb injuries (1). The methodology used was an observational, observational, retrospective, analytical study, prepared with the clinical records of patients who were treated in the area of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the General Hospital South Guasmo in those who were diagnosed with Distal Epiphysis Fracture of Cubitus and Radio. The results of this investigation were that there was a universe of 942 clinical histories and a sample of 431 were obtained that had data according to our topic, where it was found that fractures of the distal epiphysis of the ulna and radius are more frequent in sex patients. Female with 67% of the patients investigated and 23% correspond to the male sex, in addition they are mainly in an age range of 50 to 60 years. We must recognize that the main type of fracture following the Fernández Classification is type II or volar type fracture, taking into account all these data and the occupation to which these patients were dedicated, the type of treatment that was most performed was surgical treatment by open reduction medium osteosynthesis.
