In the present work is to attend a patient with missing teeth, which prevents the correct functionality of the stomatognathic system so the proposed treatment is the treatment of rehabilitation, The aim of this procedure was to make a removable partial denture determining the vertical dimension and centric occlusion by using the semi-adjustable articulator. Which resulted accurately retain the horizontal and vertical ratio of patient models, which warrants the need for the articulator and further stating that the articulator must have a locking device centric relation. In addition to our articulator we occupy a incisal guide rod for a positive torque with which we could be adjusted and calibrated. This allowed me to me and treating the laboratory technician and control the vertical dimension of the patient. It allowed to match its opening-closing axis with the terminal hinge axis and play the mandibular border movements. Moreover perfectly I accept the transfer of a facial arc as a point of reference above was used. Whereupon we could make minor changes in the vertical dimension of the patient without hardly changing the central position. In addition, the transfer point above reference facilitated the provision of the desired group incisor buccolingual inclination. The patient at the time of placement of the prosthesis ends referred to feel comfortable, aesthetically accept treatment, also functionally.
