PDF El presente estudio de caso tuvo como objetivo analizar las redes sociales de apoyo en adolescentes consumidores de “H” atendidos en C.D.I.D. 2018. A nivel nacional el tema desarrollado es relevante en el sentido de complementar con el análisis de categorías que permitieron responder al objetivo central. Los objetivos específicos fueron identificar quiénes integran las redes sociales de apoyo, caracterizar dichas redes y conocer cuáles son sus principales funciones, se considera que el presente estudio de caso es un aporte importante al problema del consumo de H en la Zona 8 de la ciudad de Guayaquil. El análisis de caso corresponde a un diseño de corte fenomenológico, en el mismo se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo descriptivo y el método biográfico para el análisis de la información. El estudio se realizó con la participación de 4 adolescentes atendidos en el Centro de Docencia e Investigación para el Desarrollo Humano y el Buen Vivir, dentro del proyecto Por un buen vivir: Atención psicosocial a individuos y grupos en situación de vulnerabilidad o consumo de drogas que cursaron por el proceso de evaluación diagnóstica. Los resultados indicaron que los adolescentes consumidores de H consideran que sus principales redes sociales de apoyo están conformadas por sus familias y amigos, y estas a su vez tienen características cuantitativas y cualitativas, de las cuales se puede considerar que las características cuantitativas están conformadas por un bajo número de integrantes. Además, las funciones principales de estas redes sociales son las de compañía social, apoyo emocional, guía cognitiva y consejería The objective of this case study was to analyze the social support networks of adolescents who are "H" consumers served at C.D.I.D. 2018. At the national level, the theme developed is relevant in the sense of complementing with the analysis of categories that allowed responding to the central objective. The specific objectives were to identify who integrates the social support networks, characterize these networks and know what their main functions are, it is considered that the present case study is an important contribution to the problem of the consumption of H in Zone 8 of the city of Guayaquil. The case analysis corresponds to a phenomenological cut design, in which a qualitative descriptive approach and the biographical method for the analysis of the information were used. The study was carried out with the participation of 4 adolescents assisted in the Center for Teaching and Research for Human Development and Good Living, within the project For a good living: Psychosocial care for individuals and groups in situations of vulnerability or drug use. They went through the process of diagnostic evaluation. The results indicated that adolescent consumers of H consider that their main social support networks are formed by their families and friends, and these in turn have quantitative and qualitative characteristics, from which it can be considered that the quantitative characteristics are conformed by a low number of members.
