This degree paper shows a systematized experiences design based from the educational intent. The document reviews the evaluation process of learning styles for chilldren ages 8 to 11 that have attention difficulties from the Project Positive Childhood Project carried out at the Pablo Neruda Cooperative. The work emerges from the investigation of participation action IAP o the qualitative type, that also has a descriptive and explanatory scope. The basis of the practice of the connection project is directed to seven childrens of the community. Through it, it was possible to identify the learning sytles of childres from ages 8 to 11 that have attention difficulties. The discovery was possible by employing tools such as observation, interviews, the VAK questionnaire and Neuropsi neuropsychological test. The result obtained showed that an-80% of users did not present serious attention difficulties and the remaining 20% of the cases presented mild to severe difficulties. Regarding the VAK learning styles questionnaire, it was established that there is a predominance of the visual style, followed by the kinesthetic style and finally through auditory methods. The test also revealed that the users with predominance of the kinesthetic style showed difficulties in their attention since they assimilate the information by manipulating objects with their hands or body. Such users that do not have developed skills that help them process this amount of stimuli causes limitations during their learning process. To solve this, it was established a psychoeducational plan to help them optimize the three learning styles, through the strengthening of selective and focused attention, as well as the speed of information processing |
