PDF La presente sistematización tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar destrezas emocionales para afrontar situaciones de riesgo frente al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas. La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa y de tipo descriptiva-narrativa, lo que nos permitió alcanzar el objetivo planteado. Se realizaron diferentes talleres psicoterapéuticos, utilizando la observación directa. Como instrumentos se aplicó el inventario de CooperSmith para medir el nivel de autoestima, el Tamizaje para conocer la historia del consumo. Se trabajó con una muestra de 6 adolescentes entre 14 y 17 años. Nuestro principal eje de sistematización fue el Grupo terapéutico como una estrategia para mejorar la autoestima y las relaciones interpersonales de los adolescentes que consumen sustancias psicoactivas. Siendo la inteligencia emocional uno de los temas más relevantes para desarrollar destrezas emocionales en diferentes ámbitos del funcionamiento personal y social de los adolescentes. El enfoque cognitivo conductual fue el más apropiado para lograr cambios significativos en la conducta de los adolescentes, lo cual se evidencio en su aspecto físico (aseo personal) y cambios positivos en el comportamiento. Finalmente se presentan algunas recomendaciones para mejorar las relaciones vinculares entre padres e hijos a través de programas y talleres que logren contribuir a la promoción del desarrollo humano y el buen vivir de las personas en situación de riesgo ante el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas The main goal of the present systematization is to develop skills emotional to face situations of risk against the consumption of substances psychoactive The methodology used was qualitative and descriptive-narrative, which it allowed us to reach the objective set. Emotional intelligence being one of the themes most relevant to develop emotional skills in different areas of the personal and social functioning of adolescents. The cognitive behavioral approach was the most appropriate to achieve significant changes in the behavior of adolescents, which was evidenced in their physical appearance (grooming personal) and positive changes in behavior. Finally, some recommendations to improve the relationship between parents and children through programs and workshops that contribute to the promotion of human development and good live of people at risk from the consumption of psychoactive substances |
