El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los riesgos presentes en las áreas administrativas y operativas de lacomercializadora NUTRIMEDECUADOR s.a., del cantón duran, el estudio plantea una investigación de campo, mediante la observación directa de los procesos y tareas que realizan los trabajadores a diario, también se verifica el cumplimiento técnico legal en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.Luego del análisis cualitativo se procedió a elaborar la matriz de triple criterio en la que se observan los factores de riesgos por área y puestos de trabajo, determinando que factor de riesgo es el más vulnerable, y realizar la gestión preventiva con el objetivo de mitigar los riesgos a los que están expuestos los trabajadores. The objective of this research work is to analyze the risks present in the administrative and operational areas of the Comercializadora Nutrimed Ecuador S.A., of the Canton Duran, the study proposes a field investigation, through the direct observation of the processes and tasks carried out by the workers, every day. Legal and technical compliance in matters of occupational safety and health is also verified. After the qualitative analysis, we proceeded to elaboratethe triple criteria matrix in which the risk factors are observed by area and job positions, determining which risk factor is the most vulnerable, and recommend carrying out preventive management with the objective of mitigating the risks to which workersare exposed. |
