Individually reviewed all cases of patients. RESULT: The investigation had 810 diagnosed with acute respiratory infection in the Roberto Gilbert Hospital, of which 176 cases were acute respiratory infections caused by viruses, of which the following viruses affecting our group of positive patients were found : respiratory syncytial, parainfluenza (3), AH3N3, metapneumovirus, influenza (A), not criminalized, parainfluenza (1), influenza (B) and adenovirus. CONCLUSION: This group consists of a small number of patients in our investigation number considering that the two viruses that appear in this group are also present in the above groups and one can conclude that these are the ones that can affect patients All ages Universidad de Guayaquil.
