With an approximate area of 534.86 km2, the canton Daule represents one of the sectors with the highest agricultural production within the Costa region. Allocating about 70% of its land to rice cultivation, and the remaining area to urban infrastructure. The lack of equipment and urban infrastructure, increases the demand for beneficial spaces for the productive development of the inhabitants of the canton. The spaces are parks, sports centers, courts, theaters and other places or buildings that allow or provide the inhabitants with a meeting, socialization and recreation site, hence, the present work of the title raises the study and architectural design of a recreational complex, able to help the physical and mental growth of the inhabitants of the canton, through active recreational and passive recreational activities. Always under a design of free access, or social integration, gender equality and age. The methodology to be used will be mixed (quantitative and qualitative) which will give us the results we seek with the useful and beneficial that will be for the population as an architectural space the recreational center and community production. |
