The direct restorations in the anterior theeth represents a great challenge for the clinician as they require knowledge of the anatomy of the dental piece, an individual aesthetic analysis and a correct selection and manipulation of the material in order to represent the shape, texture, color and shine of the restorations. OBJECTIVE: Restore the previous sector with composite resin in order to return the aesthetics through the use of chromatic mapping. METHODS: the research is qualitative-descriptive type, it is qualitative, since it allows us to collect information based on clinical observation and is descriptive because we will describe step by step the technique used. The method to be used is inductive-deductive, information will be obtained qualitatively and quantitatively, from the patient, intervention and clinical history. RESULTS: According to all the information collected and all the material used in this research, the results obtained were satisfactory since it helping us to understand how it works the importance of dental chromatic mapping. In this it, both met the general objective and the specific objectives of this titling work could be met. CONCLUSIONS: Aesthetics is one of the main requirements from the patient when there is a performing restoration in the previous sector, and is currently possible thanks to the significant advances in the development of biomaterials and adhesive procedures that allows the development of the restorative materials, seeking the reproduction of the natural characteristics of the dental structure and restoring functionality. |
