El propósito de la investigación es analizar el impacto del Acuerdo Comercial Multipartes entre Ecuador y la Unión Europea en la empresa para que se tomen los correctivos y prevenciones necesarias, siendo el sector automotriz uno de los más golpeados en los últimos años, por las series de ajustes que se han tenido que realizar, como aranceles, por problemas internos como externos, los que afectaron directamente la demanda de los consumidores. Tomando como objetivo general el realizar una análisis de la incidencia del acuerdo comercial multipartes entre Ecuador y la Unión Europea, así como proponer una estrategia de captación de clientes, para sobrellevar este impacto en la empresa, también comparándolos con ejemplos suscitados en el área andina. Debemos mencionar que el tipo de investigación escogimos un enfoque cualitativo, con una metodología descriptiva, inductiva y analítica, basándose en información del medio, estudios científicos y entrevistas a gente especializada del sector. El principal resultado encontrado fue el descubrimiento de nuevas oportunidades para el sector de automóviles europeos, pero a su vez la inminente presencia de competencia con ventajas arancelarias y que los concesionarios aún no están tomando cartas en el asunto, sobre todo cuando se empiecen a ensamblar vehículos de procedencia europea en el país. Como conclusión se espera que la información brindada en este estudio sea aprovechada por el personal de la empresa, para que tomen las medidas necesarias, para medir el impacto a futuro.
The purpose of the investigation is to analyze the impact of the Multiparty Trade Agreement between Ecuador and the European Union in the company so that corrective and preventive measures are taken, the automotive sector in recent years has been one of the hardest hit, By the series of adjustments that have had to be made, such as tariffs, for internal and external problems, which directly affected consumer demand. With the general objective of analyzing the impact of the multiparty trade agreement between Ecuador and the European Union, as well as proposing a strategy of attracting customers to cope with this impact in the company, also comparing them with examples from the Andean area. We should mention that the type of research chosen was a qualitative approach, with a descriptive, inductive and analytical methodology, based on information from the environment, scientific studies and interviews with specialized people in the sector. The main result found was the discovery of new opportunities for the European automotive sector, but in turn the imminent presence of competition with tariff advantages and that the dealers are not yet taking action in the matter, especially when they start to assemble vehicles Of European origin in the country. In conclusion, it is expected that the information provided in this study will be used by the company's staff to take the necessary measures to measure the impact in the future.
