PDF Las infecciones de vías urinarias en adolescente embarazada es un problema de Salud Pública Mundial, ha sido considerado un problema en todo los países del mundo por ser asociado con los mayores riesgo para la salud madre y peor pronóstico para el niño a corto y a largo plazo En nuestro país y en el mundo entero el embarazo en adolescente es una crisis que sobre impone a la crisis de la adolescencia . Es así como en América Latina un 15% al 20% de recién nacidos son hijos de madres menores de 20 años de edad. Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud en las adolescentes embarazadas de cada 100 casos el 50% presentan infecciones de vías urinarias En corea del sur la incidencia de pielonefritis se estima un caso por 10.000 personas (12,6 en varones y 59,0 en mujeres) en las cuales 20% es en el embarazo En estudios realizados entre el 2011-2013 en Colombia por un grupo de la Universidad Nacional se encontró cerca del 6.3% del motivo de consulta en una población es infección de las vías urinarias de los cuales 4.4% corresponde a mujeres entre 15 y 19 años de edad En Ecuador fueron reportado en el año 2013-2014 el 42,2 % de infecciones de vías urinarias en adolescente embarazas según el Ministerio de Salud Pública. Según estadísticas 2015 del Ministerio de Salud Pública ,menciona de una de cada cinco adolescente embarazadas presenta infecciones de las vías urinarias , debido , al desconocimiento de cómo evitar esta patología La infección del tractus urinario (ITU) es un proceso inflamatorio determinado por la invasión y multiplicación de cualquier microorganismo, desde la uretra hasta el riñón, que produce alteraciones tanto morfológicas como funcionales y con una respuesta inmune no siempre evidente y en ocasiones cuando existe un obstáculo al libre flujo de la orina La orina normal no contiene bacterias (gérmenes) y las vías urinarias normalmente son estériles, pero las bacterias se encuentran normalmente cubriendo toda la piel y además se encuentran en gran número en las materias fecales y en el ano . Los agente causales de esta Escherichia Coli , Klebsiella Proteus ,Pseudomnas ,Estafilococos ,Bacterias anaerobia. Hongos: Cándida albicans En muchos caso eta patología causa graves complicaciones tanto para la madre como para el niño entre ellas ruptura prematura de membrana , contracciones uterinas , amenaza de aborto , preeclamsia , anemia , edema ,parto prematuro ,entre otras The urinary tract infections in pregnant teen is a problem of Global Public Health, it has been considered a problem all over the world for being associated with the greatest risk to the mother health and worse prognosis for the child in the short and long term In our country and in the world in teen pregnancy is a crisis that superimposes the crisis of adolescence. It is in Latin America and 15% to 20% of newborns are born to mothers under 20 years old. According to the World Health Organization in pregnant teenagers of 100 cases 50% have urinary tract infections In South Korea the incidence of pyelonephritis is estimated case per 10,000 people (12.6 for men and 59.0 for women) in which 20% is in pregnancy In studies conducted between 2011-2013 in Colombia by a group of National University it was found about 6.3% of the reason for consultation in a population is infection of the urinary tract of which 4.4% are women between 15 and 19 years of age In Ecuador they were reported in 2013-2014 42.2% of urinary tract infections in pregnant teenager according to the Ministry of Public Health. Fungi: Candida albicans Eta pathology in many cases cause serious complications for both mother and child including premature rupture of membranes, uterine contractions, threatened abortion, pre-eclampsia, anemia, edema, premature labor, among others.
