Resumen: | A case study concerning the Self-Assessment and Improvement Process (SAIP) is now under development. The subject of the case study is the first pilot test of the SAIP. I want to briefly outline the content of the case. I also will highlight two critical lessons about the SAIP that its inventors have drawn from this study. The case contains three parts. It examines what happened when the newly minted SAIP was inserted into a specific business organization, with a specific history, facing a specific decision. |
