Incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies allow for networked work schemes for employees. In this context, relationship with the main employer may be managed easier with others with complementary organizations (NGO, leisure group.) This work analyzes how social identity evolves, with a study among 205 professionals from different organizations. They have been divided into networked and non-networked professionals. These professionals were part of more than one organization what allow compare social identity with the main employer and the complementary organizations. The main objective of this research is to show if networked models facilitate social identity with complementary organizations, and could loose the social identity with the main employer. ResumenLa incorporación de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (en adelante, TICs) facilita el avance de los esquemas de trabajo en red entre los y las profesionales. En este nuevo contexto, la relación con el empleador principal puede compatibilizarse más eficientemente con la relación con otras organizaciones complementarias (ONG, grupos ocio). Este trabajo explora cómo se comporta la identidad social, estudiando a 205 profesionales clasificados en profesionales red y profesionales no red. A su vez, estos profesionales pertenecían a una o varias organizaciones simultáneamente, por lo que se ha podido ver la diferencia de identidad social respecto a la organización principal y respecto a las organizaciones complementarias. El objetivo principal del trabajo es contrastar como los modelos red facilitan el fortalecimiento de las identidades sociales complementarias, con el consiguiente riesgo de debilitamiento de la identidad social principal.
