Resumen: |
The psychic term θυμός in Hesiod displays a distinctive range of function. Even though in many instances similar in meaning to occurrences in Homer, it exhibits individual characteristics in Hesiod’s didactic epic. Encompassing a wide range of intellectual, emotional, and volitional activities, it functions within the person as a strong motivating force to action, both positive and negative. No disponible |
