Esta obra se focaliza en la valencia que los estudios de Martha Nussbaum tienen en el campo educativo y pedagógico, es decir, en la que se pueda definir la “pedagogía implícita” de la autora norteamericana. El enfoque de las capacidades elaborado en las obras más conocidas de Nussbaum, llama en causa tout court la relación entre dos motivaciones internas del argumentar pedagógico: el tema de la educabilidad humana y el tema del desarrollo y del crecimiento como autorrealización. El elemento central es la pregunta relativa al cómo valorizar el potencial de las personas, es decir, las capacidades y porqué esta acción de apoyo puede ser garantía de un welfare justo y eficaz. En la obra de filosofía hemos podido encontrar, entonces, junto con colegas coautores del texto, algunos “rastros” pedagógicos, en el sentido que muchas cuestiones tratadas tienen un tejido de argumentaciones que evoca cuestiones propias del dispositivo pedagógico. The book we are presenting, is focussed on the valence the investigations done by Martha Nussbaum have in the educational and pedagogical field, that is, in which it can be defined “the implicit pedagogy” of the Northamerican author. The capability approach, elaborated in the best known writings of Nussbaum, calls forth in causa tout court the relation between two internal motivations of pedagogical arguing: the subject of human ability of being educated and the subject of development and growth process as self-realization. The central element is the question related to how it may be possible to value the potential of the persons, that is, the capabilities, and why this assistance may guarantee an adequate and successful welfare. That is why we could find in the philosopher’s book, together with colleagues joint authors of the text, some pedagogical “traces”, in the sense of many questions treated with, having a tissure of argumentations which calls forth some discussions being characteristic of the pedagogical “devices”. |
